At CashiZoo, we value our users and aim to provide a fair and transparent system for both job posters and freelancers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. General Policy

• All transactions on CashiZoo are considered final once a task has been successfully completed and approved.
• Refunds are only applicable in specific cases outlined below.

2. Refunds for Job Posters (Employers)
A refund may be requested if:

• The task posted was not completed by any freelancer within the given time frame.
• A freelancer submitted invalid, fraudulent, or incomplete work and it was not approved.
• Technical errors (e.g., duplicate charges, system errors) caused an incorrect payment.

Refunds will be returned to the job poster’s CashiZoo account balance, which can then be used for future postings or withdrawn (if applicable).
3. Refunds for Freelancers (Workers)
Refunds for freelancers are not applicable once a job poster has approved the task and payment has been processed. However:

• If a task is unfairly rejected without valid reason, freelancers may contact support to dispute the decision.
• CashiZoo’s support team will review the case and may reverse the rejection if it violates platform rules.

- 4. Non-Refundable Situations
  Refunds will not be provided if:

• The job poster changes their mind after a task is completed.
• The freelancer fails to follow instructions correctly.
• Users violate CashiZoo’s Terms & Conditions.

• Users must submit a refund request within 7 days of the disputed transaction.
• All refund requests should be sent to relevant details.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
