CashiZoo - Working Policy

The CashiZoo Working Policy is designed to ensure fair practices, transparency, and smooth collaboration between freelancers (workers) and job posters (employers). By using our platform, you agree to follow the guidelines below.

1. General Guidelines

• All users must provide accurate personal and account details.
• Communication between freelancers and job posters must remain respectful and professional.
• Users must follow all Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy of CashiZoo.

2. For Freelancers (Workers)

• Tasks must be completed honestly, accurately, and within the given instructions.
• Submitting fake, duplicate, or incomplete work will result in rejection and possible account suspension.
• Multiple accounts or fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited.
• Payments will be credited to freelancers after the job poster approves the submitted task.

- 3. For Job Posters (Employers)

• Job descriptions must be clear, honest, and not misleading.
• Payment must be funded before posting a job to ensure freelancers are compensated.
• Task approvals or rejections must be made within 3 days of submission.
• Unfair rejections are not allowed—CashiZoo reserves the right to review disputes and overturn decisions.

• Freelancers will only receive payment after job completion and approval.
• CashiZoo may deduct service fees or commissions as stated on the platform.
• Any disputes regarding payments must be reported within 7 days.

- - - 5. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities
      Users must not:

• Use multiple or fake accounts.
• Post or complete illegal, harmful, or unethical tasks.
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or misuse the CashiZoo platform.
• Engage in spam or dishonest behavior to gain rewards.

        CashiZoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate this Working Policy.
• Engage in fraud, spam, or prohibited activities.
• Harm the community, job posters, or freelancers.

• If disagreements arise between freelancers and job posters, CashiZoo’s support team will investigate.
• Decisions made by CashiZoo regarding disputes are considered final.
